Accessibility Statement

We are just beginning our journey to make devally's products accessible.

Our journey will pass through several phases. We are currently working to address any critical issues that block key user journeys.

From there, we will then focus on achieving conformance with WCAG 2.2 AA across each product, and that work will blend into the work to deliver highly usable experiences for people living with disability. In parallel, we will be changing the way we work so each team considers accessibility as a natural part of our design and engineering lifecycle.

Recommended Technology

We test our software using a variety of screen readers and browsers. We've found the following combinations provide the most accessible experience when using our products:

  • If you're using Windows, we recommend using JAWS with Chrome
  • If you're using Linux, we recommend using NVDA with Chrome

Accessibility Conformance Reports

Below are the Accessibility Conformance Reports (completed VPATs) for our products:

  • Partial

    DevAlly Marketing Site Accessibility Evaluation

    28/30

    Level A Criteria Supported

    19/19

    Level AA Criteria Supported

    30/30

    Level AAA Criteria Supported

This VPAT evaluation conducted on March 18, 2025 shows partial compliance with WCAG standards. The DevAlly Marketing Site meets most accessibility requirements but has two Level A violations that need to be addressed.

    Key Issues (Level A):

    Info and Relationships (1.3.1) - 1 violations

    Name, Role, Value (4.1.2) - 1 violations

    Impact:

These Level A violations impact accessibility for users who rely on assistive technologies. The Info and Relationships (1.3.1) issue may prevent users from understanding content structure, while the Name, Role, Value (4.1.2) issue could make interactive elements unusable for screen reader users. Addressing these issues is essential for basic accessibility compliance.

  • Partial

    Devally App1 Accessibility Evaluation

    26/30

    Level A Criteria Supported

    19/24

    Level AA Criteria Supported

    30/34

    Level AAA Criteria Supported

This VPAT evaluation conducted on March 13, 2025 shows partial compliance with WCAG standards. The product meets most Level A, AA, and AAA criteria, but has significant Level A violations that prevent full compliance.

    Key Issues (Level A):

    Name, Role, Value (4.1.2) - 3 violations

    Info and Relationships (1.3.1) - 1 violations

    Bypass Blocks (2.4.1) - 1 violations

    Impact:

These Level A violations significantly impact accessibility for users with disabilities. The 'Name, Role, Value' failures (4.1.2) mean that assistive technologies cannot properly identify and operate interface components. The 'Info and Relationships' (1.3.1) and 'Bypass Blocks' (2.4.1) issues further reduce navigability and understanding of content structure for screen reader users.
